Here we go again: Why do Thelma & Louise put the Christmas tree it in my way? Nestle & I have a hassock in the entryway, our perch from which we survey what's going on outside & protect the house. Yet, every year, T&L put the big, wide tree directly in front of the window--and directly in our way. Then they complain about how they can't put any delicate or glass ornaments on the lower branches b/c Nestle & I walk into it or whap it w/our tails. Hmmph. Why can't they put the tree in the basement where it won't be in anyone's way? Sometimes the best solutions are the simplest, y'know?
